It’s a good product. It works as it should. It came on time. Great experience with this product.

This is a nice little unit. I’ve jumped about 8 cars with it so far, zero problems. The unit itself gets 5 stars but the zipper on the case broke the first time i unzipped it so, now its held together with some rubber bands

Wonderful product I use it to jump start my car. so easy and fast to charge your car. Easy to use and store it in your car. Highly recommended

My battery would not start, despite using povasee jump starter in same month it was purchased, it did not provide the jump needed to start my Ram.
As a result, Roadside assistance was called a second time the following day, and roadside assistance was able to start Ram with their charger in order to drive it onto flat bed.

I incurred over $1,000 out of pocket costs using Uber and Lyft to get me to and fro Wal-Mart to purchase a replacement battery, return it to wal-mart, to my home, leaving Ram in costco parking lot overnight. When vehicle was towed to nearest Ram dealership in Lakewood, Nj, i was told by Lakewood Ram that since I did not purchase Ram form them, they would refuse my Ram service. In addition, Lakewood would not allow me to temporarily leave my Ram in their expansive car lot due to lot being in full capacity with other vehicles. So I called for a flat-bed to remove my Ram from Lakewood’s lot at a personal cost of $150 and bring it across to Enterpise vrent a car lot across the road. Since my Ram was still inoperable, I finally had it towed to Buhler Ram in Hazlet, NJ where my Ram was expeditiously repaired. In the meantime, while my Ram was with Buhler Ram service, I had to rent a vehicle from Enterprise to get around to work and not loose additional days from my work. I submitted all documentation for reimbursement to Ram roadside, and after about 100 communications with Ram Roadside, I was finally reimbursed less than half of my $1,000 out of pocket costs, and Ram Roadside never bothered reimbursing me for my monthly lease payment despite providing my bakning documentation to prove my monthly lease pasyment of $1,200 as requested by Ram Roadside assistance. I even provided a copy of my lease payment bill from Ally financial, the company that runs my lease with Ram, as requested by Ashvi, my dedicated, and somewhat very naive Ram roadside representative who was not able to express herself clearly 90% of the time. I even spoke with her immediate supervisor who promised me the world just to get me off of his back. I just received a reimbursement check for $450 from Ram roadside assistance which did not even include one mothns lease payment as promissed by Ashvi’s supervisor and Ashvi. I originally started my claim in October of 2023 only to be reimbursed in late April of 2024, a full six months of 100 phone calls, messages, blatant misleadings on the part of both Ashvi, and her immediate supervisor, whom Ashvi was very reluctant in providing me with his name and contact information originally. What about my time and my loss of work pay and all of the time i lost by ardently persuing this claim which never included my monthly lease payment despite providing Ashvi with my lease payment statement and bank statement proving my $1,200 monthly lease payment. Ram roadside needs to invest more time in training their front line Ram roadside assistance representatives so that this issue does not surface with another elderly, or mother with children in the car traveling home, for examples. I highly recommend that Ram roadside seriously consider using a roadside assistance company other than the one in current use. Very dissapointed, and wish I had never purchased a Dodge Ram product again.
