Update: I may have just gotten a bad unit the first time. Pelsee Support reached out and offered a replacement. This one has worked perfectly. Easy to install with included materials, excellent image quality, app is responsive and useful. Hard to beat this for the price. Pelsee has been excellent to work with, can’t say enough nice things about their customer service reps. I do recommend this dash cam.

Worked well for a month or so, but has multiple constant issues now and it’s not worth using. I have zero confidence in the video/data being available if I were ever to need it.

First, the unit restarts itself multiple times every time I drive. Screen goes blank and the power-on Pelsee graphic appears.

Second issue is that it doesn’t stay connected to my phone (iPhone 15 Pro)/wifi, so I can never access the view of either camera, settings, recorded video/photos, anything.

I did reach out to Pelsee support, but they sent a whole list of possible issues (Bluetooth interference, VPN, hotspot, resetting network settings, manually entering the Wi-Fi network name every time the camera turns on, etc.). I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect a customer to jump through hoops like that just to use a dash cam.

Anyway, I do not recommend this dash cam. Lesson learned.

Amazing customer service. Best camera you can get for the price! The quality is very good and it is easy to install. Picture quality is great and can read license plates in the right lighting. You can’t expect the best quality in the world for this steal of a price. Audio quality is also good. I highly recommend this cam for the price and the customer service. Had issue with mine and I reached out to them and fixed my issue. Install was depending on your type of car 30 minutes to an hour. I’ve purchased 3 of these for my cars. The cables are long enough for jeep renegade, jeep grand Cherokee and a mustang s550.
All the bad reviews are people not understanding how to install or work the device.
If you install the cam correctly, use the rectangle clear sticker to put first then cam on top and removing the camera is as easy as pealing a sticker.
Connecting to the camera using the app, the camera will send a WiFi signal you need to connect to. For iPhones you have to go to settings and allow access to local networks and the app will connect no problem. iPhone users should blame Apple not this dash cam.

Overall this cam is the best for the price.

I couldn’t be happier with my Pelsee P1 Duo 4K Dash Cam! From the moment I opened the box, it was clear this was a premium product. The setup was a breeze, and it even came with a 64GB SD card, which was a nice bonus. The video quality is outstanding — super crisp 4K footage from the front camera and crystal-clear 1080p from the rear. I feel so much safer knowing that every detail on the road is being captured.

The Wi-Fi and app control are game-changers, making it easy to review and download videos directly to my phone without having to remove the SD card.
